Arvind Swami is an experienced Yoga Guru who was born in Hrishikesh, also known as the yoga capital of the world. Early in life, he left the comforts of his home and chose the path of adventure and discoveries. He spent a lot of time in nature and researching about the universe.Arvind felt a natural inclination towards yoga and had a keen interest in discovering the flow of energies and how it works.

Today, Arvind considers himself lucky to have met some true yogis from the Himalayas whose lives have inspired him. His life’s purpose is to spread the gift of yoga among the maximum number of people so they can start living a healthier, happier and more inspired life.
