Asanas should be practiced on an empty stomach. If you are feeling low then can take lukewarm water with honey.
The bladder and stomach should be empty before starting the practice.
Stay hydrated before going into yoga practice.
Use light and comfortable clothes for easy movement of the body.
Be aware of breathing while doing asanas.
Perform the practice according to your capacity. It takes some time to get good results.
Do not hold the body tight or give undue jerks to the body.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. All classes start on time. Once class starts entry is closed.
Do not attend the studio if you have been ill, had symptoms, or been in contact with someone who has had COVID-19, or arrived from a country requiring quarantine in the last 14 days.
DONT’S:
Women should not perform asanas during there menstruation time. Relaxation techniques and Pranayama’s can be done instead.
Don’t perform yoga just after the meal. There should be gap of minimum 3hours.
It is advisable not to have food and and water immediate after yoga. Please find 20-30 minutes gap.
Yoga should be avoided during illness, surgeries, sprains, or any fracture. After consulting the experts, they can resume the practice.
Yoga is not advisable in the condition of running nose, sneezing, fever, or cold.
