INSTRUCTOR – DR. HEMLATA SAKLANI

Dr Hemlata Saklani Bahuguna is a specialist Yoga Teacher and Therapist. She is based in Rishikesh and hails from the scenic state of Uttarakhand, India where she completed her schooling.

A graduate in Physiotherapy from the reputed CIMSR Dehradun, Dr  Hemlata has done notable research and project work in the field of Rib Fracture and Spinal Cord injuries.

She holds a PG diploma and Master’s degree in Yoga with a 200-hour TTC and 88-hour prenatal TTC.

Since 2009, she has worked with a number of reputed hospitals in the physiotherapy department. Some of these include the CMI Hospital, Dehradun, Yashodha Hospital Ghaziabad, and the Shri Krishna Institute of Bio Medical Science and Research.

Dr Hemlata is an expert in the field of Yoga Anatomy and Physio Yoga Therapy, helping her patients lead a healthier, happier and pain-free life.
